Today, Saturday, between 9:00 and 10:00 Neal will be at the RAINBOW TOWER, first floor (couches) to sign autographs ($50.00 each), deliver commission, show art for purchase, take commission orders, chit-chat, show metal cover and later Saturday, bring new commissions to fans,
